Shipping Information
Seppuku Uniform is independently owned and operated by a single individual. As such, processing and shipping times may vary. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Pre-Order Drops
For pre-order items, production and delivery timelines will be clearly stated either in the product description or in the official drop announcement. Production and supplier delivery may take up to (X) weeks, depending on the item.
Once the products have arrived, an update will be posted on our Instagram page confirming receipt. From that point, orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks. Regular updates will be provided throughout the pre-order process via Instagram.
Standard Drops
Standard drops refer to items that are already in stock and available for immediate fulfillment. These orders require packing and dispatch only and will typically be shipped within 1–3 weeks of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. All shipping updates can be monitored through this tracking service.
International Orders
International delivery times may vary due to differences in postal services and customs processing in each country. Please refer to your local postal service for the most accurate delivery estimates.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, Seppuku Uniform is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by the postal service.
Refund Policy
Seppuku Uniform does not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only applicable if an item arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a refund:
